Use of the service

SureShow is designed to help organizers create visits, add attendees, prepare appointment messages, collect confirmations, and review readiness status. Some capabilities may be available as early access or preview features.

Business-specific SMS registration

Each separate business that wants to send automated appointment messages through SureShow must provide accurate legal identity and registration information, including a federal tax identifier where required, through the private onboarding process. The business must maintain its own approved brand and campaign registration, public consent flow, dedicated sender number, and support information.

A SureShow account, software subscription, or SureShow LLC corporate SMS registration does not authorize a customer business to send live appointment texts. Live sending remains disabled until the customer business's registration and dedicated number are approved and assigned.

Customer-business responsibilities

A business using SureShow is responsible for the accuracy of its legal details, public website, opt-in language, message content, recipient consent, and appointment data. The business may not use another company's identity, EIN, registration, campaign, or sender number.

Consent and sender identity

Customer-facing appointment texts must identify the business that owns the messaging program. Consent is separate from email consent and general acceptance of these Terms, and it is not a condition of purchase. Entering a phone number alone is not consent.

SureShow LLC corporate SMS

SureShow LLC's separate corporate SMS program covers requested product demonstrations, account onboarding, customer support, and operational account notices. See the SMS Terms and corporate opt-in form.

Approval and delivery

SureShow does not guarantee carrier approval, approval timing, message delivery, or uninterrupted availability. Messaging providers and carriers may review, filter, block, suspend, or reject traffic.
