How it works

See the appointment status before the phone starts ringing.

SureShow turns appointment texts, confirmations, status questions, and running-late replies into a simple status view for the organizer.

Five steps. One calmer appointment.

Confirmed On my way Running 15 late Waiting Needs attention

Create the visit

Add the address, appointment time, visit type, and notes for gates, lockboxes, pets, parking, access, or anything people need before they arrive.

Add the people

Add the realtor, homeowner, buyer, seller, inspector, contractor, technician, tenant, property manager, office staff, or anyone else involved.

Your business sends the texts

Guests receive normal text messages from your business through its own registered phone number. They do not need to download an app, make an account, or learn another tool.

Everyone replies

People can reply with simple words like "confirmed," "got it," "on my way," "running 15 late," or "can't make it."

You get the green light

The organizer sees who confirmed, who is on the way, who is running late, who still has not replied, and whether the appointment is still on track.

status questions

Example: HVAC estimate at 123 Oak Street

The homeowner was given a 1:00-4:00 PM arrival window. The crew is finishing another job. The homeowner is starting to wonder where they are. Normally, that turns into a call to the office. With SureShow, the update can move by text.

The customer asks for a status update, SureShow helps get the update from the right worker or organizer, and the customer gets a clear reply without the owner becoming the middleman.

Example Service Company: Service visit today between 1:00-4:00 PM at 123 Oak Street. Reply C to confirm or reply with a question. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
Any idea when they'll be here?
The customer at 123 Oak Street is asking for a status update. What should we tell them?
Finishing now. Leaving in about 20 minutes.
Thanks for checking in. The crew is finishing the previous job and expects to leave in about 20 minutes.

This is not another calendar.

Calendars tell you what time something is supposed to happen. SureShow helps you know whether the people involved are actually aware, responding, and on track.

  • Built around SMS because people actually read texts.
  • Built around addresses because these meetings happen at real places.
  • Built around confirmations because "scheduled" does not always mean "ready."
  • Built around organizer visibility because the person coordinating the appointment is not always the person attending.
