These SMS Terms apply only to the separate SureShow LLC corporate messaging program.

Business identity

SureShow LLC operates the SureShow website and appointment confirmation service at https://sureshow.app.

Program scope

SureShow LLC may send text messages about a product demonstration you requested, account onboarding, customer support, and operational account notices. This is not a marketing-blast program and is not the appointment-messaging program of any SureShow customer business.

Opt-in

At sureshow.app/sms-opt-in, you may select an optional SMS checkbox that is unchecked by default and separate from Terms or Privacy acceptance. Entering a phone number alone is not consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase.

Digital disclosure: By providing my mobile number and checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from SureShow LLC about my requested product demonstration, account onboarding, customer support, and operational account notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to opt out of SureShow LLC SMS messages. Reply HELP for help or contact support@sureshow.app.

STOP response: SureShow: You have opted out of SureShow LLC text updates. You will no longer receive automated messages from this program. Reply HELP for help.

Customer-business appointment programs

A business using the SureShow software must operate a separate messaging program under its own business identity, consent flow, and dedicated number. This SureShow LLC opt-in does not authorize that business to text you. Review the SMS consent process for more detail.

Privacy

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Important limits

SureShow LLC texts are not for emergency use. Message delivery may depend on carriers, messaging providers, recipient devices, and network conditions.
