Texts & Updates
Appointment texts that do more than remind people.
SureShow is built for the messy part of appointments: confirmations, running-late replies, access questions, status requests, and customer updates.
Beyond reminders
A reminder is only the beginning.
A reminder tells someone an appointment exists. SureShow helps with what happens next: the customer wants a status update, the worker is delayed, the office needs status, or an access note is missing.
Customers and appointment participants can reply by normal text message. The organizer sees useful appointment status instead of another side thread.
Common appointment texts
Example customer-business message:
Example Service Company: Your service visit is today between 1:00-4:00 PM at 123 Oak Street. Reply C to confirm or reply with a question. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
The message identifies one sender: the business providing the appointment. SureShow is the software the business uses; SureShow LLC is not named as a second sender in that business's campaign.
Example replies
- 1
- On my way
- Running 15 late
- Need gate code
- Can't make it
One business per messaging program
Separate identity, registration, and number.
Each business that activates automated SMS must complete its own messaging registration using its legal business information and federal tax identifier where required. That information is collected privately during onboarding and is not displayed on this public website.
After approval, the business receives or assigns its own dedicated SMS phone number. Its customers see that business's name and number in appointment messages.
Activation checklist
- Legal business identity confirmed
- Private tax-ID verification completed where required
- Business-specific campaign and opt-in flow approved
- Dedicated sender number assigned to that campaign
- STOP, HELP, consent, and webhook controls verified
Two separate programs
SureShow corporate texts stay separate.
SureShow LLC may use its own number for messages about requested product demonstrations, account onboarding, customer support, and operational account notices. That corporate program does not send appointment messages on behalf of customer businesses.
A customer business's appointment program uses only that business's identity, approved use case, consent flow, and dedicated number.

FAQ
Texts that work like appointment status.
Does everyone need to download SureShow?
No. The organizer uses SureShow. Guests can receive and reply by normal text message.
Whose name and number appear in appointment texts?
The business providing the appointment uses its own registered messaging program, identifies itself in the message, and sends from its own dedicated business number.
Can several businesses share one SMS registration?
No. Each separate business completes its own registration. SureShow keeps each business's messaging identity, approval, consent records, and sender number separated.
What happens if someone is running late?
Their reply can surface as appointment status so the organizer can keep the right people informed.
