SMS consent process

One sender, one consent flow.

SureShow keeps its corporate messaging program separate from every customer business's appointment-messaging program.

SureShow LLC corporate SMS

A person opens sureshow.app/sms-opt-in, enters their contact information, and may select an optional SMS checkbox that is unchecked by default. The form can be submitted without checking the box. Consent covers only SureShow LLC messages about requested product demonstrations, account onboarding, customer support, and operational account notices.

SureShow LLC does not use this opt-in to send appointment messages for another business.

Customer-business appointment SMS

Each business using SureShow must establish its own messaging program before live automated appointment texting is enabled. The business confirms its legal identity, submits required tax information privately, registers its business-specific use case and consent flow, and assigns a dedicated phone number to the approved campaign.

The business's customer-facing opt-in and messages identify only that business as the sender. SureShow provides the software and compliance controls but does not combine SureShow LLC and the customer business in one SMS campaign.

Consent records and opt-outs

A phone number alone is not consent. For supported flows, the system records the sender business, recipient, phone number, consent method, timestamp, disclosure version, and related appointment. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A prior opt-out remains enforced until a new explicit opt-in is recorded through an approved flow.

Business onboarding privacy

Federal tax identifiers and other registration documents are collected through a private onboarding process and submitted only to the providers involved in business verification and messaging registration. They are not published on this website or included in public SMS messages.
